Upload your Video file to the Media Library (see here)
In your Presentation, click on the green Edit button.
In your "Choose Media" screen, select the Video file you want to add
Move the video to where you are wanting it to appear in your presentation
Modify the picture however you are wanting using the controls on the bottom of the Editor
