Device Management

The Device Manager in your Arreya account has been updated with features and functionality to provide more accurate and precise information to gauge your device(s) overall health and online status. You can also download device reporting to review offline. You will note buttons in your view as well as updated language, search filters, and the ability to export device data with a few clicks.

  • Device Status Aggregate Count: This count shows how many devices are online, offline, and playing cached content with a description when you hover over the "status".
  • New Status “Cached”: Your devices check into Arreya once a day and will show if a device is online but playing cached content (which really means it is offline). If a device is playing cached content, you will have to reboot it in person or remotely through your device’s enrollment admin (Google Admin, etc.)

  • Filter Device by Status and/or Date: You can filter by device status and date the status changed (within 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).

  • Ability to Export Device List to CSV: When you export a list of devices, whatever filter is applied to the page, will apply to your CSV file.

  • Updated Add/Delete to Pair/Unpair: In the event you want to replace or remove a device from your account, there is popup language to let you know removing devices from your Arreya Device Management page does not fully deprovision it with your enrollment admin. We do not have access or control devices registered with third party enrollment admins (Google Admin, etc.). By deleting or unpairing a device in Arreya, you only remove and prevent it from pairing with your Arreya software subscription. **Please Note: If you delete or unpair a device from your Arreya Device Manager, it does not delete or deprovision it from your device's enrollment admin (Google Admin, etc.). You must do this directly with your device's admin console and not in your Arreya subscription. We recommend first unpairing and/or deleting the device from Arreya, THEN following the recommended steps to remove it from your device's enrollment admin to ensure it is completely rendered inoperable and deprovisioned.
