You may have multiple streams of content displaying simultaneously on different groups of screens. We call these streams of content "channels." An Arreya channel has it's own set of [Presenations] which can be scheduled to play throughout the day. You can learn how to add additional channels here.
To navigate between channels in your Arreya account, click on your channel name in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
A dropdown list will appear, and you'll see all of the available channels within your account. Click the channel that you would like to access, and you'll be able to manage the presentations, schedules, and devices in that channel.
*Note: If you are a manager or a viewer in your account, you will only have access to one specific channel specfied by your account owner/admin. Owner/Admins that have access to the top level channel will have access to all channels. Learn more about user roles.
