How to Use Priority Schedules 

Arreya's Priority Schedule feature allows you to display a presentation that takes precedence over your previously scheduled content. This feature helps save time and effort by allowing you to keep your original schedule set while giving you the freedom to display a different presentation as needed. 

For example, let's say your primary presentation is scheduled to run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm everyday, but this Friday at noon, you want to display a 15 minute video. Before priority scheduling, you would have to delete your primary schedule, schedule your video, and then recreate your original schedule. Now, with Priority Scheduling, you can set the video to play from noon to 12:15pm by marking it as a priority, while leaving your primary presentation scheduled. For our example, the schedule page would look like this:

A presentation that is marked as a priority will have an exclamation point icon next to it as shown in the screenshot above. You cannot overlap multiple priority schedules, you can only have one priority schedule at a given time.
